LESSON DESCRIPTION

In this ESL lesson plan for adults and teens, students watch a music video titled “Stressed Out” from a band known as Twenty One Pilots. It includes discussion questions, and conversation and vocabulary activities about nostalgia, the past, and reminiscing. Students do some listening/viewing comprehension acitivities based on the music video. The viewing follow-up includes an activity focusing on the themes of the video, a discussion activity, and an activity analyzing some of the lyrics. There are additional ‘Reminiscing & Poem Tasks’, as well as a quiz & review included.
