LESSON DESCRIPTION

In this ESL lesson plan for adults and teens, students watch a commercial from Starbucks. It includes discussion questions and conversation activities about days of the week, as well as a prediction activity on historical events that happened on a Monday. Students then do some listening comprehension acitivities based on the video. The viewing follow-up includes a discussion activity, preposition usage in the video, and an activity using these prepositions. There is an additional ‘Cafe Advertisment Task’, as well as a quiz & review included.
