LESSON DESCRIPTION

In this ESL lesson plan for adults and teens, students watch and listen to a video of different people talking about going to therapy their experience, and how therapy has benefited them. It includes discussion, conversation, and vocabulary activities about therapy. Students then do some listening/viewing comprehension activities based on the video. The viewing follow-up includes some additional discussion, activities on verbs/phrasal verbs used in the video, and a task in which students can give advice to therapy patients. There is an additional therapy role play task, as well as a quiz & review and lesson reflection included.
