LESSON DESCRIPTION

In this ESL lesson plan for adults and teens, students watch a short documentary and do a listening exercise on different styles of breakfast around the world. It includes discussion questions, conversation, and other activities about breakfast and cultural foods. Students learn some important vocabulary terms and phrases from the video. The post-viewing section has an activity on vocabulary context usage and then follow-up discussion topics based on the video vocabulary/grammar. There is a cultural dish presentation activity and additional speaking topics included, as well as a quiz and review section.
