Warm up

Vocabulary

The student matches words and expressions related to cycling with their meanings (road bike, mountain bike, pedaling, etc.) Then, they name the parts of the bike based on the picture (saddle, wheel, tire, etc.)

Video: Cycling thousands of miles

The student watches a video about an ultra-endurance bicycle racer. Then, they answer the questions based on the video. They also label the items the racer packs for long rides.

Grammar: feel like vs. be like

The student learns the difference between structuresfeel like and be like, and practices using them.
