LAWYER ESL LESSON PLAN DESCRIPTION

In this ESL lesson plan for adults and teens, students watch a short scene from a TV series titled “Better Call Saul” when a lawyer named Mr. Goodman plays a trick in court. It includes discussion questions, and conversation and vocabulary activities about crimes, court, and figures or roles in a courtroom. Students then do some listening/viewing comprehension activities based on the video. The viewing follow-up includes a discussion activity, a pronunciation activity, and activity on a quote from the judge in the video. There are additional ‘Dialogue/Role Play Tasks’, as well as a quiz & review and lesson reflection included.
