In this ESL lesson plan for adults and teens, students watch a video and do a listening exercise about a microbrewery in Florida which produces biodegradable and edible six-pack rings made from grains. Freethink presents the microbrewery ‘Saltwater Brewery’ who produces six-pack rings which are biodegradable and ecofriendly. The founders were worried their plastic six-pack rings were polluting the oceans and harming wildlife. These ecofriendly six pack rings aren’t just biodegradable – they’re edible.
